At this time, we cannot confirm who captured the footage in the above video. However, storm chaser Jordan Hall posted the clip on Twitter. You can read the description for the Twitter uploaded video below.
“Yeah I guess [name excluded] wants to try and post videos of other chasers driving mishaps let\s watch him driving the wrong way down a highway and hitting another chasers resulting in injury’s. Same chaser that he posted video about as well. Funny.”
