We can assume that the driver of the car could have been speeding or didn’t break fast enough (possibly misjudged the road).
According to storm chaser Spencer Dant, the chaser involved posted the following on Facebook (see below).
The Facebook post in the above tweet has been altered (TBC). It’s fair to say this incident caused a commotion in the community.
