Tornado doing damage to Lockett, Texas farm

The owners were safe! Watch a tornado (in slow motion) doing damage to a farm near Lockett, Texas in the video below. 

The incredible footage in the above video was captured by storm chaser Scott Hollinger. You can read the description for the YouTube uploaded video below. 

“Slow motion caption of an EF-2 Twister doing damage to a farm. The elderly couple was found safe inside their storm shelter in the back yard. The roof to the home was heavily damaged, windows were blown out. The garage and barn was a total loss.”

The tornado in the above video occurred on this day (23rd April) last year. More videos of the 2021 damaging tornado can be found below. 

The tornado was rated EF-2 (with wind speeds of up to 135 miles per hour). The length of this tornado’s path was at least 4 miles, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Norman, Oklahoma.
